This weekend’s Bank Holiday is the perfect time for a spring clear out, especially with a special offer for senior citizens at Clitheroe Collectors’ Market and Car Boot Sale.
Organisers of the leading car boot sale, which welcomes up to 300 indoor and outdoor sellers each week, are offering a £5 discount off the price of a stall to senior citizens on the last Sunday of each month, including this Sunday, 25th May.
Organiser Gene Hoyle said:
“A bank holiday is the perfect time for a clutter clear out – whether you are a hoarder or just want to make some space for some new items in your home. We welcome a large number of senior citizens to our car boot sales each week, and with people’s finances continuing to be stretched, we want to offer a £5 discount off our usual stall prices to senior citizens so that they can clear out their clutter in time for spring and make some money to supplement their pensions.”
Senior citizens wanting to try out our car boot for the first time and benefit from the stall discount on the last Sunday of any month, need to pick up their free discount card any Sunday during the car boot sale. There is no need to book a space but they do need to have photographic ID with them on the day plus the discount card.
